Janusz Fortress game rules
1. Operator and scope
Janusz Fortress at januszfortress.online is operated by Dawid Kuczera, trading as GMCO. Business address: 3 Glenure Loan, Edinburgh, EH4 7LW, Scotland, United Kingdom. Contact for accounts, payments, withdrawals and complaints: [email protected]. These rules cover the browser game, player accounts, social gameplay, rewards and the Janusz Pass. They do not govern other GMCO products or external providers.
2. Access to the game
You need a device with an up-to-date browser, JavaScript, session cookies and an internet connection. Installing the PWA is optional and does not allow offline game settlement. Basic gameplay does not require Premium or withdrawals. Use payments and external rewards only when you meet the applicable age, contractual capacity and regional eligibility requirements; minors must obtain permission from their legal representative where required by law.
3. Account and login security
Register using a player name, a valid email address and a password. Use your own email and a strong, unique password; do not share login credentials. Selling, transferring or sharing accounts is prohibited. Notify GMCO promptly if you suspect an account compromise. Support will never ask for your password, private key, recovery phrase or FaucetPay password.
4. Fair play and multiple accounts
Do not create extra accounts to bypass limits, collect duplicate rewards, arrange results or boost your own account. Separate players sharing a connection should inform [email protected], particularly before withdrawing. A shared IP address alone does not prove abuse. Using a VPN, proxy or similar tool to conceal or change a connection in order to bypass limits or verification is prohibited. Incorrect connection classifications may be submitted for manual review.
5. Automation, bugs and system interference
Bots, macros and scripts that automate gameplay or reward collection, forged requests or results, token manipulation, bypassing costs, timers or limits, and server disruption are prohibited. Features supplied by the game, including batch-action buttons, are permitted. Do not exploit a discovered bug to duplicate resources or rewards; report it using REPORT A BUG or email. Accessibility tools that do not bypass the rules are not inherently cheating.
6. Resources and authoritative game state
CASH, BEER, PEOPLE, PRESTIGE, energy, experience, equipment, ammunition, units and buildings are game resources or statistics, not money, deposits or investments. They have no guaranteed exchange rate, market value or withdrawal entitlement. TICKETS and the PEPE wallet are accounted for separately. The server checks costs, requirements, timing, outcomes and recorded operations; changing a browser display does not change your actual balance. Display and record discrepancies may be disputed.
7. Buildings, actions and progression
Construction, upgrades, research, recruitment and actions require resources and the conditions shown in the game. Production follows cycles and storage capacity; closing the game does not create unlimited accrual. Actions consume their assigned resources and may have cooldowns or failure risks. Batch actions ×25, ×250 or ×1400 do not waive the cost or limits of each settled execution. Career packs and achievements require the relevant progress and collection; a one-time reward may be collected only once.
8. Private army and hospital
A private army belongs to its player and is separate from gang resources and forces. Mobilisation, formation, training, equipment, missions and treatment follow the relevant module requirements. Sending reinforcements or guards to gang operations does not remove the risk of private-squad losses. The Military Hospital supports the private army; its levels and beds do not constitute a shared gang hospital. Expansion requires the displayed player level, infrastructure and payment.
9. Gangs, roles and shared treasury
Public recruitment requires an application approved by the leader or an officer. A command invitation provides prior approval and must be accepted by the invited player. Permissions depend on role; the gang defence map and management are reserved for leaders and officers. Resources contributed to the treasury become shared resources managed by command through game mechanics. Contributions are not personal cash deposits and do not automatically become refundable when you leave. Choose your gang and command carefully.
10. Wars, defence and losses
Patrols, missions, territory wars, raids and air strikes can fail and cause losses of people, equipment, ammunition, resources or territory. Squads may be destroyed, defences damaged and mines or traps consumed. Walls, positions and counters operate according to their condition and server settlement. Rebuilding, repairs and treatment may require new resources. Displayed odds do not guarantee victory; normal losses from correctly resolved combat are not bugs. Future features, including full T1–T5 operations, are not available merely because they appear in development plans.
11. Rankings and events
Rankings use server-recorded results. A ranking position alone does not confer PEPE, money or another reward unless that reward has been expressly announced for the event. Reward events must state their duration, eligibility, ranking and settlement rules and prize pool. Arranged fights or additional accounts used to manipulate rankings are prohibited. GMCO reviews disputed results using operation history.
12. TICKETS, missions and PEPE rewards
TICKETS are earned through eligible game activities. Available exchange into PEPE requires the cost and limits displayed before confirmation; exchanged tickets are deducted. Successful missions award PEPE for whole minutes of server-defined mission duration at the applicable rate. Not every game action awards PEPE. There is no guaranteed income or PEPE value in national currency. Detailed rules and current parameters are available on the payout rules page and relevant game screens.
13. Shortlinks and external services
Opening a shortlink does not award a reward. Complete the provider steps and return through the correct game link before the task expires; the server validates the token, task association and connection and awards the reward at most once. Provider-specific displayed limits apply. Do not bypass required steps, share tokens or forge completion. Provider websites may contain advertisements and have their own terms and privacy policies. Do not run system commands, install unknown programs or disclose secrets there. Report missing returns or rewards using the task identifier.
14. Requesting a FaucetPay withdrawal
Withdrawals cover only available PEPE and require the wallet minimum, a valid FaucetPay recipient and security verification. Missing verification, review or a block may hold the request for investigation. queued reserves the amount; processing means sending has started; paid means FaucetPay confirmed it. In the current version an administrator initiates sending, not the WITHDRAW button alone. A handled sending failure with status failed releases the reserved amount to available balance. Contact [email protected] with the request identifier about pending cases. Do not submit a duplicate request for the same disputed amount instead of resolving the original. No processing deadline is established; availability depends on the service and operator funds, but this does not extinguish a correctly accrued entitlement.
15. Janusz Pass and paid features
The Janusz Pass grants temporary Premium for 30 days. Available methods, price and benefits are displayed in the Pass screen before confirmation. Ticket redemption deducts the stated amount; USDT payments use FaucetPay Merchant. Returning after payment is not proof of purchase: activation requires server verification of the transaction. An additional purchase extends an active period rather than removing unused time. Each purchase is one-off and does not start automatic recurring charges. Premium does not guarantee victory or withdrawals or waive security checks. Do not pay outside the official flow or to an account provided in a private message.
16. Purchase complaints and refunds
Report unactivated, duplicate-paid or incorrectly described Pass purchases to [email protected] with your account, order and transaction identifiers and a description. GMCO checks payment and access and provides a remedy or settlement of any refund due; buying again is not required to complain. Applicable cancellation rights, consumer remedies and statutory refunds remain available. Activating Premium or accepting these rules does not automatically waive those rights. Ticket exchange is not a cash payment, but incorrect deductions may also be disputed. There is no blanket no-refunds rule.
17. Communication and player content
Player and gang names, chat and reports must not contain threats, incitement to violence, discrimination, harassment, unjustified disclosure of others’ personal data or illegal content. Do not impersonate staff or send spam, phishing or scam advertisements. Competition and game-world humour do not justify attacks on real people. GMCO may restrict communication or remove violating content; players may dispute the decision by email.
18. Verification, restrictions and appeals
GMCO may investigate suspicious executions, temporarily hold disputed rewards or withdrawals, restrict a feature or block an account for rule violations. Measures should be proportionate to severity and evidence; a single automated signal is not itself proof of fraud. Players receive the reason to the extent that security secrets and others’ data are protected and may request a fresh manual review at [email protected]. Corrections address improperly credited value rather than automatically confiscating all legitimately earned balance. A block does not remove statutory rights or the ability to dispute purchases and withdrawals due.
19. Reports and ending use
Report bugs using REPORT A BUG or [email protected]. Mark complaints or appeals in the subject and include your player name, event time, operation identifier and requested remedy. Do not send passwords or secrets. GMCO responds after investigation and specifies any further information needed. Applicable statutory complaint deadlines apply. You may stop playing at any time and request account deletion by email. Outstanding payments and withdrawals should be resolved before closure; deleting an account does not automatically forfeit amounts due. The Privacy Policy describes data retained after use ends.
20. Updates, availability and user rights
The game is under development; updates may change balance, unlocks and features, and outages or maintenance may temporarily restrict access. GMCO announces material rule changes on the service before applying them; urgent safeguards may apply immediately with a subsequent explanation. Changes are not a basis for retroactively removing correctly accrued PEPE or paid access without appropriate settlement. For planned closure, GMCO announces how outstanding cases will be settled. These rules do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be restricted and do not impose an exclusive foreign court. Data details are in the Privacy Policy and reward details in the payout rules. Rules version: 6 October 2026.
